@Dronecatcher Forgive me if you are already aware, but eBay UK has a Global Shipping Programme, which is basically where you sell something internationally, send it to a local eBay distribution center instead of directly to a guy in the Congo (or U.S.), and then they deal with all the customs and extra charges for you, as well as protect you from most negative feedback should something go wrong throughout the process.
I've used this plenty as a buyer in the past and it works. Mostly. Just be aware that in order to cut costs, eBay will use the cheapest and slowest shipper going and tracking can be very hit and miss. Just over half the time, transatlantic flights were routed via CDG airport in Paris before being put on another flight or train to the UK. That added an extra week at least to the shipping time because packages had to clear customs in France before continuing. This was even when the UK was in the EU. Once in the UK, more customs and more delays.

The other issue is that your package will be handled A LOT, which increases the risk of loss or damage. I had one or two packages almost completely destroyed. One was even left out in the rain at one of the depots. The fault was partly inadequate packaging at the seller's end and also negligence on eBay's shipper in the UK. eBay just stiffed the seller for the lot, which was a bit much in my opinion but they are completely in charge once the package gets to Kentucky in the US or wherever the UK GSP depot is and the seller doesn't get a look in. I'm not confident eBay will protect the seller too much in the event of a complaint.

Plus point: It was at most half the cost of USPS or RM and you didn't have any customs worries. If you are going to use it, err on the side of over-cautious packaging.

Hey, that's my auction :)

Overpriced? Well, considering what I paid for it plus having to buy the power supply and RAM - once eBay have taken their cut I'll make less than £5 profit - also, when I last looked, mine was the cheapest working Mini on there?

And sorry, @retta283 the reason I'm reluctant to post abroad is I've had terrible experiences doing so plus the cost to send to USA is an extra £70...and there still might be custom charges for the recipient on top of that!
It's all good with me, I've had some bad experiences shipping things overseas (particularly losing them) so I understand the reluctancy. If I can't find one online, I know someone personally who has one back in Montreal, he'd be willing to post it to me for free. Just might take until next summer for him to collect it.

$75 BIN (includes power supply) or best offer. You might want to reach out to him to see if he'll ship to CA:

It appears he has several as he's selling five for $300

You were being helpful - but my reference was me expressing my caution on such deals, personally I wouldn't touch that and the seller's feedback has complaints about misleading descriptions.
No, no. You were completely right to point out that he wasn't going to be buying a new, fully tested, warrantied, and guaranteed 15 year old G4 Mini for $75. My bad.

There is a simple but stark difference between untested and fully tested and the latter doesn't imply "new," "warrantied" or "guaranteed."
I conceded you were correct in that you were completely right to point out that he wasn't going to be buying a new, fully tested, warrantied, and guaranteed 15 year old G4 Mini for $75.

Why are you choosing to create an argument from nowhere? I didn't point out anything other than the machine is not fully tested - the extra "guaranteed" nonsense is sarcasm on your part.

Why are you choosing to ignore that I conceded you were correct to point out that he wasn't going to be buying a new, fully tested, warrantied, and guaranteed 15 year old G4 Mini for $75?

I didn't point that out.

But carry on, maybe this will be another thread you've dragged into the moderators hands.

I am not dragging it anywhere. I posted what I thought to be helpful information. You, correctly, pointed out that the item I referenced was not a new, fully tested, warrantied, and guaranteed 15 year old G4 Mini for $75. I am agreeing with you yet for some reason you feel the need to continue pointing that out.

@wnlewis I'll just leave these here ...

My favorite is the text description.

The description doesn't have any ponies or unicorns in it. FAIL.
