Biggest change I see in iOS 10, beta 2, is that the App Store now updates apps with multiple AppleID's without having to logout/in over & over.

As a developer, I use multiple accounts to access the stores in different countries (some clients only release their apps to the US store, others only to the Canadian store). Now, all of them will just update, even ones for accounts I'm not currently signed in with!

The next step (or in this step) is to give us accounts management similar to Apple TV where you can add as many Apple IDs as you have. It should let you switch between them so you can channel browse their respective App Stores.

Plugging in while ringer switch off now has the standard buzz-buzz whereas b1 did not. I hope this is just a setting that got reset, because I was so happy to be able to plug in to charge while the wife is falling to sleep. Amazing how loud vibrations are when the room is otherwise silent!

Thanks for this update. The video was informative, but could you please find somebody to do the voiceover at a normal human speed rather than jabbering away like a tobacco auctioneer? I missed about two thirds of what the guy had to say. I wouldn't have minded at all if the video had taken a bit longer to watch.

The Facebook app is playing very well with this update.
I had forces close over and over and over again with b1.
I was also getting many hangs/kernel panics in the Text Messaging app, whereas now I do not.

I like that 'rest finger to unlock' option.
Hopefully it will work with all Touch ID devices, even the iPhone 5S and SE.

This option will make unlocking your device much more quick and easy.
And... maybe this gives us a glimpse of the upcoming iPhone 7 with no physical home button?
It doesn't open to the home screen though. You still have to press the home button to open the home screen. It just unlocks.

This has been the case on iOS 9 for a while. I put a couple of my apps on my girlfriend's iPhone and they update correctly without my having to sign in.

Hmm, didn't work for me even in iOS 10 Beta 1 (though most app updating was broken in b1). I don't have automatic app updating turned on though, I only manually update apps. Could be that's the difference.

Beta 2, at least in the past, has been the most troublesome beta stage. They usually get daily driver ready by beta 4 for the masses. I stopped using betas because I don't know anyone who uses them and the new features are wasted since no one I know can see them.

It is very silly to install betas If you're not testing apps or on your primary phone /watch can be worse since we don't have the DFU fall back like with iPad or iPhone, macOS etc. potentially dangerous if you're travelling or away from chargers or computers if your device goes "crazy

Holy moly the iOS interface is starting to become bloated. If the system doesn't get an overhaul by 11 or 12, and doesn't get rid of the very aging multi icon home screen, it's gonna become very messy with all the stuff they're trying to shove into the notification center.

In general this version of iOS seems a bit more complicated to use.

For years people have been complaining that iOS is nothing more than a row of icons. Apple now has the difficult task to open those data containers up, and that's exactly what they are doing in iOS 10. And I think they're doing a great job, it's is looking great so far. A lot of new features while not alienating the current user base.

Mine buzzed the same in Beta 1
