Viewing all replies to a single thread within a thread

Is it possible to see all the replies to a single post within a thread? Put another way; When someone quotes another and there is a discussion, is it possible to see only all of those replies and quotes related to just that op, disregarding the inbetween posts?

That’s not possible with the forum software. It’d be nice but it’d be a bit complicated to accomplish.
