i would go back in there and make them feel retarded for leading you along when you told them many times that they need to replace it.

I don't know why, you would feel like you should be ashamed, they were the ones who were wrong the whole time.

I would proudly go back in because I would love to see the look on their face when they realized how dumb they were for denying the return in the first place.

Yah exactly. I kind of just want to say F it. You lost me as a customer. TBH I think I may just deal with Apple. I will be waiting a week or so for my phone. Depending on shipping rather then going to Future Shop and waiting 2 weeks. Who knows I will decide later. Also the general manager said he wants to look at my phone tomorrow. Why look at it? Refund it!
 
I spoke with the floor manager earlier today and he's the one who was talking about that 30 minute policy as well. Also that link is not working on my macbook :( I dont know..there must be something wrong with the servers. Apparently the mobile manager makes the decisions about all phones. This is BS.

That is absolute BS. Regardless, they have no way of confirming that the phone has 30 minutes of talk usage. Just walk in and return the damn thing, and if they refuse, call customer care while in you're in the store. They will MAKE them take the return.

I called the customer care and a complaint is now with the district manager. Wonder if thats why the general manager called me today so he can look at the phone. Yah it is BS. I can't believe their mannerisms. No customer service at all. He could see that I was upset but pretty much called me a liar and had an answer for every rebuttal I gave him. Whatever.
