Has anyone seen a website that brings up a windowze page that looks like this? I am a total mac user. No windoze in house. Macbook pro, iphone, ipad etc. BUT I have seen this before on windoze machines. This is the website they speak of

It just seems to be a pop up. Especially with that Windows background.
