She's nice. Looks like Apple has selected the right person. Looks down to Earth and not like super star at all.

I believe she's wewrinf the blue modern buckle. If I recall correctly she said the blue modern buckle was the one she liked to wear in the keynote.

I was trying to see which size that Tim wears. I just might get that model, it looks pretty catchy. Did other VP wear those too? I didn't really notice it from the keynote.

People who don't follow fashion would not heard of her.
I do photography, so I have heard of her.
So, let's move on & back to the topic.

how it looks?

Does it look a little chunky? This is my fear when I finally see one in person.

Plus, she burnt 200 calories by talking with her hands so much. ;)

Isn't it interesting that she says she can send emoji or hearts to her husbands device (assuming iOS) and he gets them. Even though it's not an Apple Watch. I guess she means digital touch. So perhaps we can send drawings to non Watch users and they appear as iMessages. She isn't very specific though. I think we need to be able to send drawings to non Watch users to get it off the ground.

I was thinking that is what she meant as well. That would be really awesome. I happen to be one of those members on here who is the only person I know getting one.

Yeah.. That is an interesting part, and kinda bust the "send heartbeat" ridicule meme. Showing people will love to do this sending heartbeat or drawing heart to their love one.

I think she meant heart emojis and they edited it to show the drawing. It's possible but that editing is throwing people off.

If the person you are contacting has an Apple Watch, then 3 icons display at the bottom of their contact page (call, digital touch, iMessage). If they don't own an Apple Watch, then the digital touch icon isn't displayed.

You could still send an iMessage using emojis, but not digital touch or drawings (as far as I've seen).

Yeah, me too! I'd love to be able to send three taps to an iPhone - where it vibrates three short times and then shows the picture of the tap rings in the iPhone's messages app....but somehow I doubt it! Maybe in iOS 9 perhaps.

I hadn't thought about that. That would be useful. Almost everyone I know has the Iphone. No one can see the point of the Apple Watch.

What watch and color band is christy wearing in the video?
At the special event she said her favorite fashion (as opposed to what she wears for running) watch had midnight blue leather band. I think she specified stainless steel though of course I'm sure Apple would be glad to give her every single configuration if she'd wear them.

I wonder what size it is. 38 or 42.

Probably 38 I would guess because she is very thin (in a very healthy way).

38mm since that's the only size the midnight blue modern buckle is offered in.
