Got tracking!!! 8pm on Thurs should be here! But why was my iPhone picked up in Memphis? Is that just where it was when they decided to try to charge my card? Well really glad it wan't sitting in China still. Just to clarify,purchased on 9/12 at 4:30 am and it said 9/19 for delivery at purchase. Email said 10/7 then changed to 10/3 but even with a payment delay I am supposed to get it on 9/25. Mine is 6+ 128gb Gold Guess people here don't talk to newbies geez

Regardless, I think if you ordered within 24 hrs of the preorder date you're gonna get your phone by Oct 10th. I mean production wise Foxxcon stated they're pushing out 400,000 6's a day & 140,000 6+ a day. If we assume..lets say.. they started production on the 12th, at 140k 6+ a day by Oct 3, they will have produced 2.8 mil phones 6 pluses (8 mil iphone 6's). Apple claims 4 million or so people ordered phones (6 and 6+ combined) within the first 24 hours. Mathematically speaking, there is no way they can't churn out the orders from the first 24 by Oct 3rd. I think we're all gonna get our phones much sooner than our ship dates and I've heard different managers state that the majority of people would get their phones by the first or mid second week of October! So even if your status doesn't update, I think you'll prob get your phone atleast SHIPPED by the 3rd. I mean...unless, ofcourse, the 20 more countries apple is going to add on the 26th is gonna affect us.

4 million? MacRumors is reporting 10million units purchased so far with more every day. I think its going to take awhile.

Credit card charge just showed up, and we now have a blank "tracking number" field on the order status screen!
Same phone, same location, same order window, same first three of order number. I was also FINALLY charged today, no tracking number yet though. But based on what others have said I'm hoping to have it Thursday or Friday (hopefully Thursday)!

For those that asked, ordered on 9/12 around 6 AM EST, 128 Plus SG. Original date was 10/14. Bumped to 10/10 last week. We'll see if this is shipping or just something in the system.
From my understanding it was 10 million over the course of the weekend and 4 million in the first 24 hours that preorders began. Thats why I said first 24.
And if you think about it..it would make sense. I ordered my on the 12th, have a 10/24 date. My brother ordered his 2 days after mine and got the same date as I. 4 mil and 10 mil is a huge jump, yet we both got the same shipping dates. Clearly apple is able to fill more orders then they are letting on. I just think they are giving us the furthest dates possible so that we won't complain if they promise us something then push it back a week.

I ordered two iPhone 6's at the Verizon store last Friday, with a estimated ship of 10/3. Just got the FedEx notice, they'll be here Thursday, 9/25. So that's at least a week improvement
Ordered 6+ on 9.12 with a delivery date of 10.7 pushed backed to 10.10, CC was charged tonight, so I'm assuming an early delivery....
