It looks like I ordered the exact phone you did, although about an hour before you did. My ship date had been showing 10/3, however my Discover Card was charged just minutes ago and my order status now shows an order number with tracking number being blank, which I understand is a good sign. Hopefully you will see movement in the next few hours as well!

I have a charge and got this email yesterday:
Dear Valued Customer,
Your order has been completed but a tracking number has not yet been assigned. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the package ships. We apologize for the delay.
Thank you for using Verizon Wireless products and services.
We appreciate your business.
But still nada today. Get it together Verizon!

It has now changed for me. It has been sent for processing.
In all of ten minutes after I complained that it was taking too long.
If you are using Iconic to check your order status, then that is true. I believe that EW800 is talking about the order status from http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/orderstatus/OrderStatusForm?intcmp=SearchBanner:order status:Top.

Well I got nothing moving on my end so I'm going to start complaining. I'm crazy and I'm complaining!! Now start getting scared Verizon and ship me my phone!!!

I have a feeling they're watching.
I am in the same boat. I wonder if there is any chance this means the devices shipped today or if tomorrow is more likely. It would be great to have them by the weekend.
You are correct. I am going off of the Order Status page, as well as clicking the link that shows in the My Verizon page.
Are you going to My Verizon and clicking check order status? When I go there it says I have no orders when the past 21 days.
Do not know how accurate this site is, but I stumbled across this site which claims to show availibility in store of phones by carrier all over the country.

Mine was charged yesterday evening. I got my tracking number about an hour ago. Just takes time to go through.
I only know to check the status from the vow email that confirmed my order. I entered my PREORDER number and last name to search
I have no preorder number in my confirmation email. Just an order number, I really don't understand Verizon's ordering systems.
