VZW Order Status Thread

Order 3 iPhone 6's: Silver + Gold 16GB, SG 64GB. Expected ship date was 10/14, now 10/10

I ordered a 6+ Gold with 128gb hd about three hours after the preorder began. Yesterday my "expected" ship date disappeared and about 10 minutes ago I received an email from Verizon asking me to verify my email address. That prompted me to check the order status and sure enough there was a tracking number.

Verizon sent shipping info to FedEx at 10am and they picked the package up at 4pm. It is expected to arrive by 8pm on Tuesday.

I had an original ship date of 10/21 and then it moved to 10/17. It actually shipped today on 9/27 (3 weeks early). Looks like we're all going to be getting them early.

UPDATE:

Just got another email from Verizon with my Shipping Notification. I want to point out that my tracking number became available 3-4hrs before Verizon sent me an email. This message has my account info/sim card info etc. I'm a new customer
 
I still don't have a shipped status....but it did update to ordered yesterday. Odd.

Im hopeful ill get it tues

Exactly same for me. From what others said, they will also send an email to verify email address and give tracking info. I didn't get that yet. But my card was charged. Hoping to get it on TUESDAY since I'm going out of town on Wednesday thru Friday on business. How does that work anyway? If FedEx attempts a delivery and no one is home, will they hold it at their facility?

They will attempt to redeliver the package and return it if they can't reach you.

Go to the FedEx website and create a free account. There you can setup instructions for delivery letting them know to leave it with a neighbor or to hold it at their location for you to pick it up.
 
My 6+ 64GB SG landed about an hour ago at the ONTARIO, CA Airport for Monday delivery. Wish to heck there was a way to get it sooner! :)

Yes. It originated in West Chester, went to Newark, NJ, then to Indianapolis this morning and to Ontario this evening. FedEx

I placed my order on Verizon 3 days ago, estimated ship date of 10/24...3 days later, nothing has changed :(

I've been checking every few hours since.

Now, at 11:00 pm on Saturday, my order is finally showing up in my verizon.

Based on previous posts, I'm expecting an email with tracking information in the next few hours.

It seemed like it would never happen, but it apparently is.

My phone just arrived at the FedEx location. Still slated to arrive Tuesday.

11:12 pm Arrived at FedEx location MEMPHIS, TN
10:54 pm Left FedEx origin facility MEMPHIS, TN
4:10 pm Picked up MEMPHIS, TN
10:04 am Shipment information sent to FedEx

I just continued checking the preorder status page until it finally updated. I got a shipping notification email from Verizon about 4 hours after I found out it had shipped via the status page.
