what color is your 16GB 6+ order? Any delivery date/have you seen any movement beyond 10/10?
Could someone tell me where to find the reference number to put in the iconic search? All I've got is an order number in my confirmation email.
Still no tracking info
Was 'Sent for processing' Saturday AM. Card charged. Still no tracking. Can't find it on the track by reference page either.

11am est: Phone is supposed to be delivered today via Fedex.The last update on the tracking page shows the phone 9.5 hours away from me. Fedex has never gotten a package to me on time.
Anybody here get theirs with a 10/31 date? Or see that it's about to ship or anything similar?

I ordered the same on 9/22, hopefully 2 weeks from now instead of 10/24. Still waiting for order to process.

Lucky! Mine is about 10 miles from me and it's still "At Local FedEx facility". It's 8:20a.m. PST these drivers need to hit the road!
There are a lot of smiling Verizon customers this morning pacing nervously and peering out windows. Probably a good tome to be a floor tile installer - lots of folks are wearing out a section of their floors pacing back and forth.

I had the same issue. Get on any shopping page and the chat button should show up at some point. Once you get on chat with them, just ask if they can look up your confirmation number, based on your order number. Took less than 5 minutes for them to reply with mine. Now I can keep track through Iconic status, instead of the vague order status page.
It's a gold 16GB 6+. No delivery date yet but when my 64GB changed to the status with the blank tracking number I received a tracking number and shipment confirmation email about 24 hours later then from there tracking took another 24 hours for fedex update and show a delivery date.
Frustrating process but overall they seem to be delivering early and it worked out in the end
