I find a bunch around me also but it's mostly Sprint 16gb. Does anyone buy Sprint phones because there have always been a bunch of them since I started watching back on September 20th. Somebody produced way to many of them and not enough of the ones we want.
6+ 16gig Gold ordered 9/22 at 7:02 PM EST. Iconic changed to "S" almost to the minute at 7PM today (Tuesday). No tracking info yet. 10/24 ExpShipDate

Two reps I asked said it was the date it would be shipped, although it's well documented that many of the CSRs were not the most intelligent ones in their class. (Not knocking all of them, some are great)

FedEx dropped my phone off at my door today, and indicated that the signature was waived? My wife said they just dropped it off at the door, and were gone before she got there? All well....
My original order indicated 2 day shipping, but they actually shipped it overnight, so it was exactly 5 weeks and 1 day between ordering the phone (online), and having it in my hands. Technically, I received it 3 days prior to my original "Ship by" date (10/24).
Impressions:
WOW! The display is huge, and much easier on my eyes than the iPhone 5 it is replacing. I can't even look at the older device now, it looks so small.
Setup was (as usual) was painless, and my backup transferred from my old phone to the new one.
Touch ID (so far) is pretty impressive, I love that I can just rest my finger on the home button, no swiping required.
And for those that care, this is the case and holster that I ordered to house my new phone:

Apple iPhone 6 Plus/ 6+ Horizontal Leather Case Pouch Holster with Belt Clip and Belt Loops (on Amazon)
The case fits well, and offers the protection I was looking for (covers back to prevent scratches, elevates to prevent camera from resting on the surface, and puts a slight lip so if I set it face-down it won't rest on the screen), and the holster is actually too big! The iPhone fits it with lots of room to spare. If you put the iPhone into an Otterbox or similar case, it would still fit just fine.

same here, they sent me email friday, my expected ship date disappeared and came back two times yesterday getting my hopes up. If they don't hurry up and send me my phone Im going to be in a mental institution over this phone
