First order made 09/21/14 iP 6+ 64gb SG
Second is iP 6+ 128gb SG order in 10/20/14
Both shipping date is 10/07/14 which ever comes first other one will be cancel.
 
Is there any other way that I can get my tracking number or track my phone because the track by reference isn't working on fedex, it says no order found and vzw order status doesn't have the tracking number on there yet

Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager my tracking number showed up about 8 hours before I received a Verizon shipping confirmation with the tracking number. It's a new tool it will alert you anytime a package being sent to you based on your name and address. I also use the one for UPS called UPS Choice. I always receive email sfrom the delivery services before I get the tracking numbers from the retail store.
 
We had a dinner party, I forgot about my phone; guests left and I checked iconic again and .... The Wall of Text and the infamous "S"!

Verizon site now reads; Your order has been sent for processing.

I am a 9/20 order date, 10/31 ship by. Details in signature.

I am so glad there is movement!!!

Its exceedingly unreasonable that they would do this...if anything they would prioritize orders for new customers! Guys like me they already have on the hook for like a 9,000 year contract so its not like we can go anywhere fast....I really hate people sometimes, well a corporation in this case but its made up of a group of people that are evil...

Well, it is very true and they are doing it. At least did it to me. I ordered the phone on 10/08 - iPhone 6 Silver 64GB. with a ship date of 10/24. On Friday the 17th, I received an email stating that my phone was on target to ship 10/24. OK, did not hear from them again. Called on 10/24 and one person stated that they were shipping it that day. At 9:00pm EST, called again as I did not see any shipment notification nor my card was charged. The one guy that answered the phone told me that the phone had shipped. When asked for the tracking number, he quickly told me that he could not provide as I had placed the order online so transferred me to Online services. The lady had no clue what was going on and told me that she would send me an email with an update by morning. Get email notification that my phone is now with a TENTATIVE SHIPMENT of 11/03. I am really having second thoughts on joining Verizon at the moment and really considering canceling my order and staying with my still working 4S.
 
Just got an SMS confirming CC charge and my iconic has a wall of text and the coveted "S" in the bottom....

Still nothing in My Verizon, no emails from Verizon, and no tracking (including by reference)

6+SG,64GB, ordered 9/20, ESD 11/7 from the very start
 
Well 50 percent of the wait is over. My wife's iPhone 6 + 64GB Gold shipped today and will arrive on Tuesday. Can someone update the spreadsheet? This was a 9/20 order.

Now just waiting on my 64GB iPhone 6+ SG ordered 9/20
 
I am so over Verizon. After calling the credit department on Thursday, I was assured everything was fine with the order, they had no idea why i even was asked to call, and that it would ship 10/24 as indicated on original 9/18 order confirmation as well as email from verizon a few days ago telling me the order was till on track.

Well guess what? By Friday night, no movement on order status page and card not charged. So I call Verizon.

The rep I got was very nice and very helpful. I told her everything that had been going on. She put me on hold and got someone from the credit department on the phone. So apparently, on Thursday, according to the rep, the credit department didn't "check mark" a box when the approved the order. :roll eyes:

The rep put me on hold again while she talked with the guy in the credit department. After a few minutes she comes back on the line to tell me that she is very sorry for the inconvenience as well as their mistake. She says, and I quote, "Your order has now been processed and the credit department has pushed you order to the front of the line to insure that it ships Saturday with next day air shipping. You are guaranteed to have your phone by Monday."

She then went on to tell me I would receive an email in the next two hours with tracking information.

By Saturday morning no such email had arrived and my order status had not changed. :mad:

Call Verizon again this morning and go over the whole crap-experience with her. She finds the order and goes over previous notes. Says she can see that the order was flagged as "moved to front of line" but nothing has happened and still shows pending. She sees no reasons now for order to be held up. I tell her again what I was told last night about the order being shipped on Saturday.

After a brief hold, the only thing the rep can tell me is that the order is in process, and now has a ship date of 10/28. LOL, seriously?! So basically, Verizon now has the habits of promising customers things that they can't hold up. At this point I really don't care and have never had such a terrible experience with a pre-order through Verizon. Like I told the rep, Im about to pack up my 10 lines and move my $550/month account to someone else.
 
Correction, my iconic status for my iPhone 6+ SG 64 GB ordered 9/20 is now a wall of text. I should be getting the email anytime now. Original ship date was 11/07. Can someone update this as well in the spreadsheet.
 
A lot of 64GB 6+ SG going out. Keep refreshing iconic like crazy hoping to see the elusive 'S' on mine that i ordered on 9/19 with a 10/31 ship date. Anybody else out there with the same phone and same ship date that hasn't seen any movement?? Getting more worried as the day comes to an end.

Yeah I had a ton of trouble....see my other posts in this thread...I had to essentially hustle Verizon everyday on the phone because my order had been cancelled without my knowledge no less than 6 times.

same thing and same email with my 6 Gold 64GB... new ship date 11/03 after being told twice yesterday that it was going to ship.

I am going to check locally and see if anyone has one in tomorrow morning
