Remember when I said I ordered a phone by calling in to Verizon on 11/06 and they shipped it 11/07?
Well..the person who took my order had the wrong phone picked and while we were on the phone I caught her mistake when she told me the payment. Once they shipped the phone and I actually received it, I was given an iPhone 6 64gig instead of an iPhone 6 Plus 64gig.
I called immediately and they apologized and told me they could call around to the corporate stores to see if any had it in stock, of course none did. They then had to place the order again, I of course raised a funk. They refunded me the shipping cost and gave me free shipping on the next one which she "guaranteed" me would be to me on the 21st (the expected shipping date on the website).
I had no faith in this, I was prepared to call back and have to raise a stink. Today I received conformation my 64gig iPhone 6 Plus shipped and I will receive it Monday 11/17 before 10:30 AM.
I am sorry you all are waiting so long for your phones, I feel bad that my situations have worked out in my favor while you're all waiting anxiously![]()
I ordered my 6+/Gold/64 on 11/6, and it shipped out yesterday. I was prepared to have to wait until the 21st (what it displayed on Verizon), but I'm glad I didn't have to.
