VZW Order Status Thread

Definitely don't settle. I currently have a 16gb 4S and the only reason I need more storage is to update my IOS... I originally ordered the 128 because I kept hearing how high demand the 64's were and I thought the 128 would ship sooner, damn was I wrong... Now I have my 6+ coming by 1030 tomorrow, 64gb which is plenty for me and I am happy... Seems like the 128s are starting to ship so if you need the space hold off a few more days... I just got sick or the run around... Congrats to all... Finally...:)

Ya I know! I have an iphone 5, my battery just dies so quick. 64 is actually more then enough for me. But most likely ill cave lol

I ordered the 128 originally because I thought the 64s would take longer to ship too lol so I think I'll most likely take your route, did it ship within 2 days of ordering? Everyone is picking them up quick it seems.

Within 5 minutes of receiving my email stating the new ship by date was 12/12 on Thursday I called and cancelled and ordered the 64... Friday afternoon it was sent for processing ( <24 hours ) Got my tracking number yesterday, it was in PA last night and is in Memphis this morning... Estimated delivery is tomorrow by 1030am ( I demanded overnight delivery and Verizon agreed ) too bad it was the weekend but in 24 hours now I will have my phone:))

Gotcha thats pretty quick, lol my order status right now says "my order is currently being processed, with the expected ship date of 11/21" and that i should get an email about tracking. I just don't think verizon updates their tracking lol. Iconic still has the "c" for me.

Update...

Being a VZW employee, the only thing I can "Early Edge Up" on is the Droid Turbo, and that's why my order got cancelled. So, I'll probably add a new dummy line and get the 6+, 64gb.
 
i called vzn and went through the prompts to hear my order status. it appears my 6+ 128 (sg) and 6 64(silver) (ordered on 10/29) shipped via fedex, but the tracking number looks more like an IP address than a normal tracking number.

hoping this means progress.
 
I got my 6 16GB SG today and it's gorgeous! It's the perfect size.

It came with 8.1, so I'm trying to decide whether to jailbreak or update.

Do you know what number it was for verizon? I ordered 2 days after you lol and my order status shows that it is being processed right now.
 
I ordered my 128gb on 11/4. Ship date was suppose to be 11/14. It was changed to 11/21. On 11/20 I received an email that there was insufficient devices so new date was 12/12. On 11/21 I drove an hour and twenty minutes to buy and iPhone 6 and 6 plus, both 64gb, that a best buy employee tracked down for me. That same evening I received an email that my new ship date was 11/22. I was so pissed off I wasted all that gas that I canceled the order and just kept my 64gb. With all the cloud options it will be sufficient. Good luck with your orders everyone. Best buy seems to be getting them way faster.
 
well, after talking to a vzn rep it looks like there was an error in me getting a shipping notification. fed up, i checked istocknow.com and saw that my apple store had the 6+ (sg) 128gb in stock. i head over during lunch and as the apple salesperson confirmed they had it in stock i call vzn and cancel my order. the cancellation took about 10 minutes while purchasing the phone took about 5 minutes.

long story even longer - i get home and the phone doesn't activate no matter what i do. i tried vzn tech support and i eventually get to their tier 2 tech support and still nothing. i tried apple chat support and still nothing. so i return to the apple store hoping they can swap my new phone out since i was just there a few hours ago. thankfully they still had more in stock and thats exactly what they did. it turns out the brand new sim card in the phone was all kinds of scuffed/scratched. because i had so many problems and it was my birthday the salesperson gave me a free screen protector and the original lightning cable and usb adapter from the first phone. great customer service!:):apple::)

Is there anyway to find my fedex tracking info if Iconic nor the VZ site doesn't show it. Reference number etc

I saw Apple reporting them in stock in the stores. I am slightly annoyed that they stock the stores right before black Friday before filling back orders as I wait a couple more weeks to get mine shipped.

You have to think of it from the finance side of Apple. They would rather stock up local apple stores to attract walk ins and make a sale, since we are already a sale made they would rather have us wait, than to have a customer walk out of their store empty handed.

Ive recieved nothing but the bla bla bla email about the new ship date of 12/12, and i ordered 11/1. When did you get the email that your 128 Was shipping?

I got the email on the evening of 11/21 (ship date) that it would ship 11/22. I was already holding a 64gb that I had drove for an hour and 20 minutes to buy. I foolishly canceled my order with verizon. I should have just kept it so I could get the 128 but 64gb is good enough it seems.

Ah gotcha, I'm surprised i didn't get an email due to ordering before you, lol damn verizon! And honestly 64 would be fine with my needs. My iphone 5(32) I'm using is fine on space, plus i do monthly back ups. Every apple store near me has the 6+ 64s in stock. I'll cancel my 128 if i don't hear anything by friday.

Damn that sucks, i just checked apples site, 2 days ago they didn't have any 6+ 128s in stock, as of today they do. Why can't verizon just get a damn truck so they can fulfill the orders that were placed.
