VZW Order Status Thread

Spoke with a VZW csr and they told me my 128gb SG 6+ should ship out by Friday morning, if I do not receive a shipping email early morning that day to contact them directly. Another thing that surprised me is, he said our iPhones ship directly from Apple's warehouse, so VZW does not control iPhone inventory.

According to the csr, my order now has a ship date of 12/05, not sure if all this was BS or not.

Woooohooo, they sent it 2 day delivery. One would think they could at least overnight for us stragglers
 
update to my 10/21 order of a SG 6+ 128gb

Got a tracking number this am!
est delivery tues 12/9 coming out of Memphis, TN

I called the CSR number last night and the automated order status stated that it had been shipped but was not able to provide a tracking number. When I checked online last night it still had the 'technical problems' message.

same here, finally for once I get a delayed email. I went ahead and canceled my 128gb and went to VZW and picked up a 64gb, heck I settled for less memory, got tired of waiting. Thought to myself I am not even using 100gb of data on my rMBP, so why do I need 128gb on my phone.

So canceled my 128, but Verizon couldn't order the 64, because they couldn't figure it out...man they need to hire people that can actually do their jobs...

I actually went to my local Verizon store, and the sales rep i normally deal with refused to let me cancel my order and get the 64. She basically told me to just chill out and wait a little bit longer. She feels that mine just might ship this coming week but if it doesn't by the 12th then i'll settle for the 64. I just want it before i actually travel home for the holidays from college. So i'm giving verizon a week to get it together! I'm over it at this point.

Damn what is up with the reps, exactly while i'm settling for the 64. So i can have it before the holidays. I hope you get your phone tho!

That sales rep is probably losing some commission if you switch to the 64gb. If you really want the 64gb call up customer service

lol its a struggle out here!!!! And she's good to our family don't take it as if she was steering me in a wrong direction lol.

And no not at all, my last post did seem a little weird now that i'm rereading it LOL, but she's actually looking out for my best interest. I always purchase phones at that store with her and she knows my personality. She was really telling me not to do it because she knows that i will hate myself for settling. She would had sold it to me as they have 64s in stock but she was telling me to just wait a bit longer and if it still doesn't ship then come to her and she'll cancel it and give me a SG 64 that's already in stock. She's one of the good guys! (gals) haha

I already canceled my 128 lol just gonna reorder the 64 tomorrow most likely lol they couldn't figure out how to reorder so will probably just do it online they did say they would give me 2 day shipping as well which is nice so. I'm thinking by Friday I'll have the 64!
 
Finally

My update finally came up and a ordered 2 64gb iPhone 6s. Was going to go space grey but they would not ship till Friday the 12th. The white ones say they will be here on the 9th. Looking forward to finally getting this. I might even be more excited for the jump in memory. No more "storage almost full". Now I just hope VZW is not wrong with the shipping.
