W.o.W. account question

The email and password to the account registered in my name/address has been changed. How may I return it to my email/password?

I am assuming that you have not changed it. If your account has been hacked (mine was a few months back)

I had to call blizzard support and they will either ask for how you pay for your account (credit card etc) or for the key that you used to install it with

no. A friend has taken the account and has changed the email/password and I want to take it.

Was it done with your consent? Is he still your friend? It's either get the login info from your friend and alter the account details back to you or talk to Blizzard about your account being tampered with.
