honestly, it looks weird to use the touch bar when you already have your finger on the trackpad. Why would i go all the to top of my keyboard when i can just click on the button.
Same for play... We can just hit the space key...

That bar can just be shown on the bottom of the screen! I would rather use the mouse or trackpad.

I already don't like it. Thinner is meh. Touchbar for emojis is a joke. Lighter means not optimized for power.

I'm sure I will buy one anyway. Not ready for Windows yet but I'm close.

I feel like they use the touch bar as a replacement for touch screen except it's tiny.... I have mixed feelins about it, now you have to look at the keyboard instead intuitively using the mouse/trackpad.

Champion of truth.

I applaud them for thinking outside side the box, but I won't be looking at my keyboard when I am normally glued to my screen.

Out of curiosity is there a resident Steve Jobs authority, did he have any feelings on technology like the touch strip? I wonder if he'd be on board or not.

the only useful thing is the touch ID. Stop.

Anyone else think that this could be really dated in a year or two? Have to take your eyes off the screen so much. Seems like it's a gateway to an Apple convertible or touch screen laptop (which I have always wanted).
