Step 1: Download VLC player for Android or Windows.
Step 2: Launch the VLC app.
Step 3: On Windows, open the Media tab and choose Open Network Stream. On Android, open the Hamburger menu (sidebar) in the app & choose the Stream option.
Step 4: Copy the URL below and paste it into the URL field:

It makes sense that they talk about the Watch first, but yeah, they're going to go through the different software updates and that's probably going to be it.
