Wake Up!! 27" just arrived!

I get 20 and 3/4 inches from desk surface to the top of the computer. One factor you may need to take into account is distance from the screen. At this size, I have it farther back than I had my 24" iMac.

Wow. I have my current 22" monitor 38" away from me. My iMac won't be able to sit any further back. I guess I will need to grow longer arms.

It's NOT a touchscreen! But it looks brilliant!

2 questions for you:

• How old is your daughter (mine also had a broken arm round that ages)
• I like the photo but... is it really a good place to have your computer? I mean, where do you put your legs while working at it?

Ours must be on the same track, however UPS isn't showing the Louisville yet, but I know that's where it goes from Alaska (I live near Nashville) and have a friend with the same thing. Hoping its at the post by afternoon so I can just go get it!

If so many people are saying they got their 27" iMacs, why no unboxing videos on youtube yet? Why no bench scores...just a bunch of "It's here!" I'm skeptical.

Well that was dumb... you overpaid for memory by hundreds of dollars! Not to mention the SSD performance bump that you're not going to see (vs fusion).
