I thought the point was quite clear. It's to make sure the socks match the pants and shoes the community helps Waloshin decide on. There's really no need for the sarcasm in your post and your choice of graphic.

-aggie- makes an excellent point with his mention of hats. A gentleman should never be without a hat, so make sure you include one of those. Preferably worn at a jaunty and rakish angle.

Well, not a literal thread... I know shirts are composed of many different threads, just like the socks, and the pants. But what is this shoe thread mentioned in other posts? Is it made of leather?
