I also called Apple this morning and they said they will be updating things this afternoon. I wanted to get the white bumper. They took down my information and they said they would contact me when the white bumper is available for free.

I'm hoping that Pixelskin HD sticks around for a few more weeks so I can get one. Not sure though. It's gotten really good reviews, and it's going to continue to be a hot item in the free case program.
