Wouldn't it be funny if it turned out that all orders placed on the app ship earlier than the ones placed through the website?
yep i cannot believe how fast this order was. and obviously apple reps have not clue!! i don't know what happened that so many people ordered today and will be getting a watch tom. i am new and was just looking to see what my odds were of seeing the modern buckle on the 13th of may or closer to the end of may? so i searched the internet then found this site and started scrolling through. thats how i found out about this particular watch. i don't know about anyone else but another 2-4 weeks to wait after already waiting almost 3 since april 10 is just too long. so i only made up this thread so others could order too. my other order that i placed on april 10th at 3:10 is still processing. so something is definitely a little off and i understand why some would not believe me. but there are others who are doing the same thing as me....dont let the may or like i had june delivery and confirmation email discourage you. i got a june 3 confirmation email and look it will arrive here tomorrow may 1st!! good luck to all!

I actually got to thinking and I like the classic buckle. And the stainless steel compared to aluminum. Wow. SS looks great.
I wasn't originally going to spend this much. But my excuse is I just finished my mechanical engineering degree. So hey why not.

Cancelled one of my 42mm sport watches. Ordered the black 38mm also. Will report if I get a charge. I am just hoping it's not to "small" on me. Then again, I am not a huge guy anyhow. So it may not matter on my skinny arms if this works.
Even if it doesn't ship next day,Which I pray it does,This one has the shortest ship time yet! I was having a hard time swallowing 350 for a watch a few months ago and now im spending a little over 700. Damn you apple!
i wonder what the shipping is based on. i clearly ordered after you. maybe they are stored somewhere and if you are close to where they are stored at ...then it ships?? my modern buckle is prob in another country somewhere on someone elses wrist! LOL

The shipping times on this watch is the best I've seen yet. I have a May 19-May 26 which is the best date I've gotten yet!

There was a short time, and apparently this was the UK, where SS with white sport band was shipping just as quick. I ordered on the 28th and still no movement.
It's just totally insane how much difference a band can make.
Whereas the SG 42mm sport with black band are still delayed.

What's probably happening is that if you order just after someone cancelled a "Processing..." order for the exact same combo, you will get with an early ship date, as that order was already on a flight over.
A lot of people seem to have ordered 2 Watches, and are now canceling the 2nd after receiving the 1st (or trying both out in an Apple store and picking just one model). When that slows down, the fast shipping orders will dry up.
What's probably happening is that if you order just after someone cancelled a "Processing..." order for the exact same combo, you will get with an early ship date, as that order was already on a flight over.

Maybe so, regardless its bizarre how some combos all the sudden start shipping quickly with seemingly no rhyme or reason to when you ordered or where you're located for that matter.
