I don't mean to be a downer, but it would be a good idea for the OP to take that picture down. It was funny and I enjoyed reading the thread (missed it the first time), but for the brother's sake it's not a good thing to have sitting on the internet forever.

No names are mentioned and nobody apart from the OP knows the guy so why not leave it here. its pretty funny.

So I downloaded the new version, I tested it using google.ca and now I don't know how to reset it.

I have the spycam flickr export still "loading" in the background and my face on the desktop. I said for it to take 10 photos and I don't know what filepath to look for to find them.

Hmrffff feeling a lil ignorant. Please help

This is an old thread that you've bumped, but here are are a few pointers and directions:

  1. Run the app and set your preferences. Note the the speech may be unsafe if the user is using headphone, as it causes the volume to max out! The URL detection works best when you do not include all the "http://www." stuff.
  2. When the camera is triggered, it will place the images to both the ~/Desktop and ~/Public. This is done so that the victim will try to delete the files on the Desktop without noticing the copies in the Public folder. The files are named "happyspaceX.XXXXXXXXXXXX"
  3. The files may not open unless you add a ".png" extension to them.
  4. To quit the app before it has been triggered, you must use activity monitor and force quit the iSight Spycam process.

By the way, the last version of the app is in post 226. Hope you can get it to work for you!
