Just my 2 cents: Over the summer, I was able to find a MBP 2.2 Santa Rosa matte for $1500 in perfect condition (and extras thrown in!). The added screen real estate is totally worth the $$ and the matte screen with LED backlit screen meets my needs completely. So, I imagine that if the "mini" MBP, or whatever they are going to call it, comes out next week, you just might find a MBP for a great price. To be fair, it takes some work and persistence to find the right MBP from the right person. You should also verify that it is not stolen, etc. by checking the serial number and, perhaps, a receipt. I truly believe that you'll be pleased with owning one of these and that it will most likely meet your needs for years. As for cleaning, I use a soft, damp cotton cloth to wipe the screen and body and a micro fiber cloth to polish. (sorry, I think I've given you at least 4 cents
