Try doing that with TouchID. Remember, "no TouchID, no sale? ;)

This is only the beginning of what the future holds for FaceID. Yes, there are pros and cons, but can you really say anything bad about a company taking big risks and hoping people will accept it? This is a perfect example of the potential this feature have that will have devs just coming up with infinite uses for FaceID, some are useful and some are not.

To me this is useful if you wanna preview a pair of glasses before you go to your local optometrist. It's a win for everyone involved, imho.

Tried it, and it's not not accurate with respect to recommending a frame shape. Generally, square faces look better with round frames, and round faces with square frames.

Not sure if others have had the same issue.

I think the person who does the glasses fittings is an optician. The optometrist just does the exam to determine the prescription. I’m not trying to nitpick at you, I’m trying to get that straight in my own mind because I need to get new glasses. My new ones broke already and they won’t do a warranty repair (the warranty was only for 30 days) so I need to find a new whatsahoozit. ;)
You're probably right. All I know is that I go to an optometrist to get a prescription, and then the nice lady or gentleman who works up front helps me try on frames. :p
