yeah i get the same error sometimes man
you just have to force quit Warcraft and get back into the game
WoW does take up serious computer memory when playing. Just make sure all applications on your computer are quit and only warcraft is open. It should run smoothly.
Also go into options -> video
and turn all the options to medium settings or low, that will make warcraft run smoother too.

Yes but when i forcequit warcraft 3 and re open it and then try to enter battle.net it says Cannot validate game version, i have to reinstall and im sick of it somone help please?

You have to re-install???? I have never run into the problem of the game version not being validated. This means you must have to go and apply the Blizzard patch manually. I'm guessing you in an internet cafe? They do not let you apply updates sometimes so you have to download them and then install manually. The latest update is here.

Now simply choose the full patch for macintosh, and then install. However, if you have a cd-key crack and torrented the game, this may also be your problem as BNet gets progressively more intelligent about recognizing a torrented version.

While I've heard of this problem before, I do not know of a solution.

A work around to avoid reinstalling all the time is to zip or backup the Warcraft III.app. After each force quit, restore it and Warcraft should still work. It may also be possible to alter file permissions to prevent the file from being modified.

I have never experienced this issue so I am unable to investigate the cause of the problem. Do you have any third party programs installed such as firewalls or performance enhancers?
