Well, if your iPhone is covered under its warranty, there's not reason they would not cover your iPhone. It would not be an easy fix by the user. Also, I think you have the right to go to an Apple store asking for a replacement if your iPhone is problematic as a result of an App they approved for their store.
My speakers just got BLOWN away from this app!!! I took it to the Apple store and explained the whole situation. In fact, at the Genius bar they are already aware of this problem and told me that I am not the first one todayUnfortunately they said the warranty does not cover this because this belongs to the accident category of damage. Anyone else know what to do ???

If they continue to let this app go then they better get ready, because the number is going to go from hundreds to thousands of people complaining about this.
God forbid they allow an App on the store that allows video, they would much rather have one that blows out the speakers on your phone so they can make you buy a new phone.
I hope someone gets sued for this bullcrap.
