Well, if your iPhone is covered under its warranty, there's not reason they would not cover your iPhone. It would not be an easy fix by the user. Also, I think you have the right to go to an Apple store asking for a replacement if your iPhone is problematic as a result of an App they approved for their store.

I never officially activated it with O2, and it's jailbroken, and more than 12 months old now, so I don't think Apple would take too kindly to repairing it. Not without flashing the cash at them anyway.

I'm Bringing Hell

This is BULL! This app does destroy speakers, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Look at the specifics...

1) I guarantee if you take 10 brand new iPhones and play this app, it will destroy a few.

2) There is no warning of speaker damage AT ALL in the apps information.

3) Apple has not yet removed this

4) Its a completely FREE app that can be downloaded onto anyone with an iPhone and an App store, therefore completely unsafe.

This app removes all trust from the app store. And people PAY to break their phones with the Pro version? Something about this is very wrong, I know their greedy, but at a certain point people will stop putting up with Apple and their greediness and the iPhones will head downhill. Hundreds of people now have BROKEN iPhones and nothing is happening about it. The app store is crap, and I'm calling Apple tomorrow. I will give them hell of the phone every day and not give up. My phone cost me $550 alone to purchase! And then they have one free app that destroys it. This is all ******** and I will get to the bottom of this, they can be cheap in other situation, but this is an unavoidable lawsuit waiting to happen!!!

Why not just tell Apple that your speakers started doing this out of nowhere.

My speakers just got BLOWN away from this app!!! I took it to the Apple store and explained the whole situation. In fact, at the Genius bar they are already aware of this problem and told me that I am not the first one today :( Unfortunately they said the warranty does not cover this because this belongs to the accident category of damage. Anyone else know what to do ???

Read reviews before downloading apps?

If they continue to let this app go then they better get ready, because the number is going to go from hundreds to thousands of people complaining about this.

God forbid they allow an App on the store that allows video, they would much rather have one that blows out the speakers on your phone so they can make you buy a new phone.

I hope someone gets sued for this bullcrap.

Seriously, I think the seller should either take the app OFF now or pay for my damage.
