Thanks for the heads-up. I have updated and can confirm this issue is now fixed. However, just a heads up to anyone who still show the latest version as 2.3.6.6 which still has this problem - the new 2.3.7.0 is a beta version and you will only see in Cydia if you have David Ashman's beta repo in your sources.

Had the same problem with icons not responding after updating to 2.3.6.6. I did not have his beta repo installed, but after adding the above source, the new beta showed up and updating fixed it. I wish I had known it was a beta, and I wish he had at least posted the fix on the same repo as the problem. I'm sure tons of people got screwed.
