i got wrong cut ones for my iphone 5 too,

i contacted support with pictures and scanned invoice one WEEK ago(26.10.2012) and still no answer. :mad:

also 50 affected people is a lie.

i was using wrapsol since iphone 4 release, and now i am dissappointed with product and support.

Front is wrong cut, also side projectors have ink droplets on them and it looks awful as you can see from images.

that looks horrible! I have never used them but it stinks everyone liked them and now they totally ruined it with the iPhone 5 release! Surprisingly the vendor has not been back on here from the first post.

If they could fix it and then send them out to everyone who ordered them then maybe they could get people back. It would be costly but worth it.

Thx for reply, i filled forms upon your email(from support) today and i cant pm you yet due forum restrictions, but my support email title was "wrong cut iphone5 ultra" on 26.10.2012 .

i filled warranty replacement form, entered my adress, upload reciept, pictures etc...and completed form.
But in support email you wrote:
4-Complete the order and look for an immediate confirmation email in the provided email address.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
but i didnt get any confirm email after, i hope its reached you, can you check that for me?

edit2: i received confirm email 20 minutes later, no need to check

Thankfully, the cutouts on mine are pretty good. I wish I could say the same for the install the guy at the booth in the mall did. He got quite a few pieces of dust underneath it :/

I bought 2 wrapsols for the iphone 5. both are terrible, they just do not fit.
The foil is too small and holes are not on the right place.

I contacted wrapsol as in previous posts wrapsol wrote to drop an mail if something is wrong.

Sometimes things go wrong in productions, fair enought, but what really upsets me is that first noone answered and after the second mail I received that reply :

We can confirm that the film-cut on the product you received is correct. Please note: there is a proximity sensor to the left of the speaker that requires there to be a cut-out in the film for the device to function properly.

Ok, what to say...they deffinitly know that there is a problem but still try to sweep it under the carpet...great customerservice i have to say!!!

The foil is deffinitly not correct.

If you need a foil buy a cheap one, at least they fit. Wrapsol is deffinitly not worth the money.

Customer service?? What a joke! I just got the exact same email as Rastapasta. I've been a loyal Wrapsol user since my iPhone 3GS. I've had the same protector on there for nearly four years. I just had to replace the battery in my 3GS that required me to remove the back and it still looked brand new. All those years with only the Wrapsol cover with no other case and it still looked that good. I was really amazed and glad that I had invested in the same product for my iPad. Now, however, I get a new iPhone 5 and the first thing I do is go out and buy the Ultra. I wish I hadn't. The top cutout on my screen protector is symmetrical in shape, but is obviously offset to the left. The box illustration shows the cutout basically centered, but wider on the left side to allow an opening for the center. If I try to line it up so that the speaker isn't covered, I have part of the protector hanging over the right edge and a gap on the left side. And they try to tell me this is correct?? I'm not stupid. Even I can see there is a problem and they just don't want to 'fess up. I won't make the same mistake again. No more Wrapsol for me or for anyone else I know, if I have any say in their decision. Customer service?? What a joke.:mad:
 
Yep. I've gone though 2 sets for the iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3. Just thought the first set were once off from a bad batch.

I've been very pleased with their products in the past and have never had to claim warranty. But now I've discovered that the shipping on their lifetime warranty costs more than what I can buy them locally. What's the point? I've ended up having to go for SPG.
 
iPhone 5 incorrected Cut Film

As i applied to changed the incorrected film that i bougt, i have to paid almost 40 dolars. Therfore it not fair to pay 40 dolars to alter a product which i paid just 17 dolars. This mistake was corrected by wrapsol corp. so all my cost is to be paid by you.

Finally i have to ask to solve my problem as sending a mail.
