I used to fling Omaha Weird Jerald to peoples porches and bushes. Look where it got me.
Care to mention a large tech company who IS customer oriented? We’ll wait.

Well, Apple used to "Think different." Now, it's just "Think Buffett."
After 10 years, what exactly leads you to believe Apple is going to make a calculator app for iPad lolFor a company that brags about the thousands of “no’s” it makes to stat focused, this seems like a miss.
Surely a calculator for the iPad is a higher priority?
For/ to whom?![]()
Its fun why the hate

So nothing? I guess we’ll have to keep waitingWell, Apple used to "Think different." Now, it's just "Think Buffett."
Or, kiss huge investor's butts. Apple did this as a thank you for Buffet not dropping their stock during the sales downturn. And, I agree, it is embarrassing.
This is embrassing.
So nothing?
Clearing leveraging all the power of the iPhone X ... or the iPad pro ... or the new ipad mini ... or any other current ios device that's way overpowered for anything 99.9% of the population does on it.
Always funny to see someone trash Apple and then have no explanation why
That’s a new one. Trashing Apple for manufacturing hardware that’s overpowered.
Well.... everybody knows that, even Jobs, which is why he had many executives like Schiller, Ive, Federighi, etc. A CEO’s skill is in delegating the right people for the right jobs. I mean if you think Cook is incapable, then that’s Jobs fault as well for picking Cook.Tim Cook is just a CEO, not an inventor. He is the next Gil Amelio. He is just lucky that Apple has a bigger market share now and is almost too big to fail compared to when Gil was in charge. And that Apple is focused on phones and not computers anymore.![]()
Yeah, I’m sure this is just an inside fun. But in the age of tech bloggers and Internet forums, everything will and must be seen as a negative. So Tim does a vanity app. It's completely harmless, in my view.

Well, I take that back since Jobs did invite Sculley in personally. So I guess you never know how the future holds....

Because it's shameless investor courting.
I am confused. Arent there plenty of calculator apps available?
Because these forums are just full of negative nancies nowadays... No matter what Apple does it's wrong or bad etc.
Online people are more inclined to go out of their way to write negative statements than positive.
What’s embarrassing is how many people think Paperboy started as an NES title...
Buffett has made it clear he does not invest in technology companies, meaning he "obviously views Apple as a consumer company."
