First mistake.

Apple only makes devices for the general consumer. (Facebookers and tweeters). The Enterprise market doesn't tolerate the "walled garden" approach.

Nonsense.

iPads are being used by the tens of thousands in business.

I use my wife's (which sits idle most of the time) for minor crap but would never dream of lugging it around at the office when my MBP does 10x more. Just last week I had a face-to-face meeting with a guy that spent more time pecking out text on his iPad that I don't even remember what he looked like.

I see Enterprise users dropping their iPads like yesterday's fad. Corporate iPad users start out gung-ho at first but in 3 months they're back to using their ultra-books almost exclusively.

Put MS-Office on the thing and I'll give the iPad some respect maybe.(I don't think that will never happen though).

Flash is not available on the latest Android devices either. It's been abandoned...

they reinstated it into the google play store becuase key partners (bbc) still heavily use it.

but yeah latest version jelly bean needs it manually loaded which sucks.

I bought an ipad for work, but given how frustrating the roadblocks are that apple in their mentally sick minds' need to control its user base like drones, would probably never have even considered buying it for personal use. The lack of flash and the unbelievably irritating methods of transferring files using that absolute dog of an application, itunes, are just too much. If I own a song or movie, and I want to transfer to another ipad or computer i own, then I should not have to deal with the crap apple is telling me how/when/why I can and cannot transfer these files back and forth. Why a company thinks that limiting users and frustrating them is going to make good business sense for the long term is astounding to me. My next device will probably NOT be an apple purchase. /rant

Now then, is there a rational means of using flash on the ipad under iOS 6?
Flash is dead. Welcome to 2012.
