Watch Notification Icon (for Snapchat only I believe)

Ever since I updated to the current watchOS, the Snapchat icon for the notifications haven’t been popping up. When I swipe down to see my notifications, the icon is there but when the notification first pops up, it’s that weird circle thing. Any ideas why?

I also got this on Testflight and Twitter. If the Twitter app is installed then that round icon appears. But since Twitter pulled the watch app, you may not have it anymore if you have already updated that.
