In the past, Apple would ship some apps with iOS but simply hid them from the SpringBoard, leaving them launchable via URL schemes or other shortcuts. Sadly it looks like they got smart this time and did more than just hide ECG from the Home Screen.
 
Anyone else getting this on the Apple Watch app when trying to see if there’s an update.

Well, in any case in the UK you don't 'go to your cardiologist' you don't even get to speak to a general practitioner - instead you get a grossly unfit themselves person known as a nurse practitioner, who tells you that if you are doing any exercise beyond their limited range then you can't possibly have any condition and to ignore the warnings given by your 'toy' :/
 
Slow install for a change on AW4

Took 20 mins to get to install, now installing...10 mins in and dial only on 'one o'clock'

EDIT: On watch and working. I seem to be normal :)
