Im read multiple people are having problems upgrading from 6.0 to 6.0.1

Anyone have a resolution?

I'm on the phone with apple. do you think it's a bad batch of watches?

It's very unlikely Apple would manufacture and ship a bad batch of watches. How would that even occur?

Ok but Apple has no idea as to what im speaking of. They show all servers up and running fine.

First, your iPhone must be running 13.1.2. Can you confirm that? After that, I would restart both the Watch and the iPhone.

I’ve done both of that. I do have 13.1.2

I updated my watch to 6.01 a couple weeks ago when it was released. Apple does have a feedback system.

Just hung up on the senior advisor. He said nothing is wrong. He is arguing with me telling me 6.0.1 is in beta and my watch is fine. He said don’t listen to macrumors.

We have always been at war with Oceania.

I’m having the same issue. I also spoke to Apple. They have no idea about a solution.

Exactly what is your issues? I do know some apps are acting strangely..... Overcast now does't update their time remaining for podcasts and Spotify as well.

Have you read the threads? I guess not!

Those of us who have the problem cannot upgrade past 6.0. There is a 6.0.1, yet it tells us the watch is up to date at 6.0.

I spoke two two senior agents. One submitted a ticket to the software engineers. The other suggested that I return the watch.

the second had an interesting hypothesis that it could by how my WiFi network communicates with Apple server. Problem is that I only have one WiFi network. I have an appointment tomorrow at the Apple store. I just purchased on Friday. If all else fails, I will exchange the watch.

Let us know if that helps.

Do you have to purchase a new watch, and then get a refund on the old, to ensure the store has one?
