Watch OS5

so I’ve got iOS 12 beta 6 on my iPhone X. I’ve downloaded and installed the watch profile but when I try to get the watch 5 beta, it just says my software is up to date (4.3.2). I’ve restarted everything, unpaired the watch, even taken the phone back to iOS11 and upgraded again but still no joy. Any ideas? Watch is a S3 without LTE

Someone else reported similar issues and had "uninstall the public certs". See the last post here:

Is it the Developers Beta? You can’t get WatchOS 5 with the public beta only the Developers Beta.
