For iPhones air shipments happen the week of, early in the week, or are ocean freight. Why would this be different? Why spend the extra money rushing them here by air so early?

Ocean Freight from China? To the US? REALLY? I live in Hawaii. That would take AT LEAST 10 days on the ocean.
