Firefox for iOS still messed up. Tried on this thread just now and only brought me to the top of the page.

Instead it’s positioning to the first post on the last (max) page, or it just loads the first post of the thread.

Using Safari on an iPad.

This behavior just started for me yesterday or today.

I don’t see any controls under my preferences.
Any advice?

It was a joke because it's a holiday weekend over here, so it's coincidental. I was going to say it was due to sunspots or aliens.
Technically, it wasn't a joke or a coincidence. It was an observation of Finagle's Law about the timing of when things go wrong.

Something is more likely to fail near the beginning of a period when no one is likely to be around to fix it, such as just before the start of an extended holiday weekend. It's also likely to be a failure of something that isn't dire enough to actually call in someone to fix it from their holiday. This is the Annoyance Factor implicit in Finagle's Law.

When I tap a thread I've been reading, it no longer takes me to the first new post - just the top of the page with that post. I still have to tap the Go to first unread post button to take me down the page. This has just started in the last few days.

Thanks for merging my post - somehow I'd missed this thread.

Yes, I'm having the exact same issue as described by others.

Breadcrumbs aren’t working either. Instead of taking me back to the top of the Apple Watch boards, it’s taking me to the top of the forum. Using Safari on iOS 11 on iPhone 6S.

This is exactly what I have been experiencing over the past few days, as well.

Same thing here. Pages open to the first post on the page instead of the first new post.

I will say it seems like the URL wants to go to the first post, but it then removes the #post<number> once the page loads and leaves you atop the page. Maybe a new plugin or theme change has broken this feature?

One fix I have found, but only works on multi-page threads, is to click on the "first unread post" button at the top of the page numbers for the thread. This will send you down to the right post, how the link is supposed too.

Back to working on Chrome via Windows 10 (work computer...)
[doublepost=1536082710][/doublepost]Even the primary forum page is back to working as well. Looks like the anchor links are working.
