WatchOS 11.4 Not Showing Up

I know sometimes it can take a minute for updates to show up on the watch app however I’m still not seeing an option to update to 11.4.

Watch is fully charged on charger and on same WiFi as the phone. Any ideas?

Apple pulled the update. It is not available for download now.

Based on what evidence? I haven't seen a single report of WatchOS 11.4 bricking a watch, and I have looked.

Just now finally able to download the update for my Apple Watch. I was trying to do it yesterday and it wasn't showing up.

watchOS 11.4 was not "pulled" on March 31st; it was only released on April 1st. I think it was accidentally listed as released on the developer news for a minute though.
