Any idea where is Facebook Messenger app????

It's "coming." They never said it was "out" yet so probably next week latest when Watch OS 2 officially launches.

Kind of stupid it took this long to come out. Been working perfectly on my Moto 360 since I first had it as well as WhatsApp. Innovation my ass. Give me a smart watch that just works!

I
Nope. I can tell you that mine does NOT check every 10 minutes, unless I'm sitting down and chilled out. I have giant gaps from this evening when I was out and about, and it's started taking readings again now that my butt is in my chair in front of my computer. I installed the GM earlier today.
I've noticed that too. I was so happy when I heard beta 5 went back to 1.0, but the GM does not do it. Now I am sad.

Very buggy. Notifications work when they want to. Took a few resets and had to refresh the watch as well because it was also sluggish. I'd hold off.
So are we saying GM is worse than Beta 5. Beta 5 has been brilliant. My watch has downloaded and installed it over night so not rated yet.

I've skipped all the Watch OS betas and went straight to the GM so I couldn't compare it. So far, 1.01 has been the most responsive and stable. Hoping this will magically fix itself in the morning.

Aha. Beta 5 had been the most stable in all the watch OS. I couldn't even tell I was on a beta.

What I did find was I had to reset sync status.

Hey guys, how long was the installation process for Watch OS 2 GM? My Apple watch is sitting on its charger with the Apple logo lit up on the screen, and my phone has been saying "installing" for the last 20 minutes.... Should I just keep waiting?

For myself and the wifey, nothing could be worse than 1.01. Phone calls not picking up consistently, constantly not getting outside temps/sunset/sunrise, so many issues with Siri just hanging and not doing anything, weather app just doing nothing when loading it..oy...the list is truly endless.

So far, so good with watchOS 2.0 GM for me. All notifications working correctly, Siri working correctly, speedy responses etc. We'll see how it goes but this is a noticeable improvement for us in this household.

You should see a visual indicator of how long it's taking, with white lines around the edge of the Watch screen. It takes a good while - longer than 20 minutes.

Lots of people downloading from Apple as they have also release the 6GB El Capitan for the Public Beta testers and it's not a delta update its complete as is iOS 9 for all the iDevices

Had to hard reset phone and watch and now everything is working perfectly. Just hold down the friends button and crown for a few seconds.

Just tried that still doesn't work. Going to about shows how much space is left and how many photos etc but usage screen says it can't connect to my watch. Hmmmmm

Anybody had any battery drain on the Apple Watch, mine went from 100% on 7 am to 40% at 11 am running OS 2 GM (official Dev account).
