Is anyone having issues with Bluetooth headphones in the latest beta? I can't play podcasts through my Plantronics Backbeat Fit headset - they connect ok to the Apple Watch, but in the Podcasts app the speaker icon is greyed out. I've tried a restart, and repairing. Weirdly, it works fine with AirPods.

I too get into several boot loops whenever I restart the watch with certain watch faces on. It's definitely a problem with this beta, and it seems to be related with Activity complication on a watch face, or any of the Activity watch faces.
Today was the first day I went to wear my watch since installing the beta the other day. It boot looped me three times within five minutes so I gave up and just left it at home for the time. I normally use the watch face with the large Activity circles so your post makes a lot of sense in my case. I'll try changing the watch face later to see if that fixes the issue for now.

I'm _still_ experiencing excess move & exercise credit during idle use with my Series 3; Apple closed my bug report as fixed with b7, so either I'm hallucinating or there's still an issue present. Anyone else experiencing this?

What about mail? any notifications? I'm trying to update now

Edit:still no mail notifications :(

Mail (iCloud) notifications on my phone don‘t even work reliably. They either come in totally randomly all at once or when I open the Mail App. So I didn‘t even pay attention to the notifications on the watch. But you‘re right, there are no notifications.

This is one reason I am not updating to watchOS 5 beta. I use it primarily for that.

any updates the the music app - does it still refuse to allow you to scroll through the contents of playlists when browsing from the phone? I actually got Apple to roll back my S0 watch to OS 3 to restore a functional music app but when they returned it to me it was buggy and kept repeating the first few seconds of most tracks - so infuriating! If only I hadn't updated to watch OS4 in September last year. I simply cannot understand how apple view the current crippled watch music app as acceptable in any way shape or form.

Not sure if it's just my imagination, but Beta 8 actually feels more responsive than previous betas on my Series 2, especially when opening and using apps.

I agree, this is definitely the smoothest beta by far. My series 2 actually feels back to normal now. The other betas were ridiculously slow.

still having the issue with the latest beta. If you do a workout, then it won't pickup your next stand hour! UGH. have to turn off the watch and restart it to make it work!

Running latest betas and looks like iCloud Messages has finally arrived on the Apple Watch!

Weird, just over a day in and I am getting mail notifications. Not all of them and no haptic feedback, but they are appearing in notification centre.

I can’t update to the latest beta. I keep getting an internet connection error, even though my connection is fine on the phone. Already repaired the watch twice. Any suggestions?

I had this issue and had to reset network settings on iPhone + re-pair watch. Lost all my Wi-Fi passwords, but it was the only thing that worked (and even after the reset it took 5-10 tries)
