WatchOS 5.2: All The Little Things!

Anyone notice if you select weather or any other item on your watch face you get a grey pull down covering 1/4 of the top of the watch. Until you touch the screen.

I hope beta 3 comes soon to fix this annoying bug!

Rebooting the watch fixed it for now. :)

yup the complication is blank and doesn't work. You can load the ECG app though. Hopefully they fix it on next beta.
 
didn't notice it mentioned here - the messages app no longer includes the obnoxious apple pay button in places (ie where I am) that apple pay cash doesn't exist.

Updated the latest beta last night. Nice using the ECG feature but now my battery life is crap. Off the charger for about 5-6 hours of use already at 55% remaining battery life. Normal use, I can wear all day (at least 10-12 hours) and put on charger before bed with 75% remaining.

I've been getting notifications on my watch that I've already seen/interacted with on my phone. Is this a bug or a setting I can change? I don't recall this being a thing when I first got it.

I'm on 5.1.2.

I have the same problem so it has to be a bug.
 
I have come across an annoying bug... if I put my car radio on Bluetooth and try to play a song using the watch, hey Siri or double pressing the Digital Crown, the watch says hold on and I’ll tap you when I’m ready. Of course she never gets ready. This happens on watchOS 5.1.2 and 5.1.3.

Anyone else have this issue before I report it to Apple?
 
I had crushed my iPhone XS Max in a workout yesterday. I was very pleasantly surprised when I did a iCloud recovery from my old device and I was able to pair a EXISTING Apple Watch!!

OMG!

When did this become a thing? I had 5 cards setup on Apple Pay on 2 watches and was not looking forward to having to call the banks for Apple Pay setup.

On the beta Watch 5.2 and IOS 12.2. Went back on the phone to 12.1.4 and it would not pair with the watch, says IOS needs to be updated. Had to re-install 12.2.
 
Hey all. Am I right in thinking that, unlike the messages complication, the email variant does NOT show a number for unread emails still (ie it’s always a solid blue envelope which never changes)? TIA
