There is a bug in watchOS 7.0.1 that affects that watch face and one other, though. If you choose the new Watermelon color in the watch app on the paired iphone it doesn’t update properly on the watch, and if you set it on the watch the preview in the watch app doesn’t update properly. It happens with both the chronograph pro and count up watch faces. No problem in other faces that also support the new Watermelon color such as California or Typograph.Love the count-up face. Great addition to the rest of the watchOS face collection.
That would be greaaaaat...On Apple Music you can “Love” or “Dislike” a song, not “Like | Dislike” or “Love | Hate”.
Sometimes it bothers me, it analogs to a parent trying to be super protective of words or an HR person going around saying the exact proper word: “so, I’m fired??!!” “Well, no no, not really, you just can’t come here to work anymore. Also, I’ll need that badge”
I haven't yet either, even after learning from this article that you can rotate the bezel. Makes no sense, and I consider myself a power user. And what are the white dots all about? I've left the timer running and even after an hour, they don't appear to have any purpose. Certainly not decorative. 🤷♂️I still don’t understand the Count Up watch face. And I’ve read several descriptions
Great summary. I’ve been enjoying the X-Large with one weather complication as a weekend watch face.
I’m really hoping Apple allows contextual watch faces - automatically changing based on time, location, etc.
...
Same here!! I know the Time Lapse face will change from day to night, but I think so much more could be customized by time and location faces.I’m really hoping Apple allows contextual watch faces - automatically changing based on time, location, etc.
Worth my time so I will search for it; if you track it down I’d love to know.I believe I saw an article somewhere showing you could do that through Shortcuts. They can be based on a variety of events, even nested. Wish I could remember where I saw it though.
