So far, I haven't noticed a TON of difference.
- It takes some getting used to, to use the side button to access control center
- Editing workout screens (Preferences) in each app is now located at the bottom of the workout options for each app
- I haven't noticed any new running options at all. Just a very slightly refreshed look
- I went for a 5 mi Bike Ride tonight and it displayed my ride on my phone (I have a handlebar mount). That is nice.
- I was able to pair my bike cadence sensor easily and it shows on the watch (and phone) and in the summary
- Phone cycling screen shows the exact options that are showing in the watch, abeit in a nicer fashion, for a phone screen
- Indoor cycling pairs w cadence sensor too, but does not appear to show distance. I have a wahoo kickr that I will test later
- Still no gps options for paddling or other sports. I haven't tested anything else
- Does not appear that the Topo Maps are live yet. I can't find them
- Offline maps are available in iOS 17 on the phone and I was able to select areas to download
- Activity app is lipstick on a pig in my opinion with a new card look, but hardly any new glanceable information

Any other activity related things you have questions about?

I’m going nuts here? Anyone knows how to activate night mode on the Apple Watch ultra now in watchOS 10? You used to just spin the wheel but that just activates the widgets now.
