I love my Muzetto bag but, yes, there are times when I will want to carry a camera and some lenses as well as my iPad. Today was such a day. I simply packed my Think Tank Urban Disguise 60 bag with a camera body, a couple of lenses and the other necessary paraphernalia, and then tucked my iPad into the space set aside for a laptop. Using my InCase neoprene sleeve for the laptop, I stuck that into the compartment, then slipped my iPad, in the Apple case, inside. Voilà!

Have to take look at the bag.. :) But honestly Clix I am selling off my Nikon gear and going the Olympus M4/3's here.

Did talk with Chris B. (a former Penn Camera member) . from Think Tank at our Tent Event and they are looking in to the Netbook/iPad and and the M4/3's format.

This past Sunday I went out to the National Arboretum with what I think was a Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home bag with two bodies with two lenses - the Pani 7-14 and the Pani 14-140. Just wish I could have had the Camera Connector Kit that day... got mine the day after..... LOL

But was at a gathering on Thursday night; and the friends I was with on Sunday loved the pics I took...

Thanks for the heads up, did not look deep enough into their website to see this. Never thought of protecting the keyboard before, but makes sense really. But the price! $37? LOL

$37 is somewhat pricey, but it's so well made, it'll probably last for several years. The reason I got it is I didn't want to take the chance of it ripping the lining inside my lovely Muzetto. So, I think it's worth it. :D

It looks nice, good quality: however it looks too much as a male handbag

and that ridicule I will not sustain.

I went ahead and got a different iPad bag, but am still keeping this one in mind as a secondary bag. I think it really looks great and durable. I'll keep track on this thread to see others reviews and maybe get one for myself around my birthday in September.

Totally OT but I had to respond.

Selling your Nikon gear for Olympus? Really? Have you run out of your medication?

Just kidding...but really? What are you selling?

OT post here as well... :)

No I have not run out of meds here. ROFL Just that the m4/3's format and the quality of the images from Olympus suits me just fine. There are many pro and semi-pro shooters that are seeing the Olympus Pen cameras as being the perfect in image quality and color.

As to what I am selling off.. still trying to find the time to get a list together. :) Let me know what you are looking for in a private message and I will get back to you. Have lots of stuff here.

Sorry if I passed by your post before...

Blown away by Waterfield's quality and customer service

I just received my Muzetto for my iPad, and wow, am I impressed. It carries everything i need, including the iPad in my Piel Frama case, and is of the highest quality. It's masculine enough that my wife is not embarrased to be seen with me, and rugged enough to endure the extensive travelling that I'm going to do with it. In addition, Waterfield's customer service is absolutely top-notch. When an invoice comes inscribed (by hand) by the company president, wishing you good luck, you know they take great pride in their product and you are in for a treat.

My compliments to the Waterfield family. I am one delighted customer who will be back for more.

:)

Hear you there. :) i am simple guy that is single now and available - but not much in to "flash". LOL Too bad we are sometimes judged on the "accessories" we wear. :(

Would like someone here that did not mind my Skooba over a Muzetto. But here in the DC area we are judged by looks, jobs, money, and where we live. :(

I've been up to your neck of the woods, have friends up there. Totally different than down this way, which is different than the part of CA I came from......

But i totally can relate. As the Mom to three that keep me busy all day, what I am is what I am.... Timbuk2 bag and all! LOL Heck, next weekend I will be in combat boots at a Civil Air Patrol event. Talk about ruining the "look" gee, I think I will be in CAP uniform 3 weekends in a row actually. Only the middle one doesn't involve me in boots though, the third involves a tent and no shower. Lord, I'll never get a date! Lol!

On the other hand, I think I've gotten old enough now that i'm not as worried about the look.... Because I'm gunna be me no matter what, except that I still want the classy bag. I'm a sucker for bags.

But hey, I'd be more impressed with you carrying the cameras and gear with the iPad instead of the just the iPad, even if it is Nikon gear ;) :p

So what color are you getting?

That's awesome!!!!

Dang, I have bag envy today. Good thing I'm broke or I'd probably cave!

The DC area is definitely a place unto its own at times. If it weren't for this area being pretty recession proof, would love to be Chicago, SF. or Dallas maybe (cities that I have spent some time in that I fell for).

And here I thought being in the CAP was all about being in the air and not on the ground. :D More of a jeans and t-shirt guy here, so the Skooba Net Messenger Bag works for me.

But I do clean up well - so for a night out at in Georgetown or at the Kennedy Center the Muzetto would be a nicer "look". Guess I am a sucker for bags here as well. LOL I have Clix on here in making me "lust in my heart" for the Muzetto - after she came in to our store wearing hers. They are really great bags.

<blush> on your being impressed. LOL But it is not Nikon gear, but now Olympus m4/3's gear that I carry around now. Fits the Skooba bag perfectly.

Will end up with a Muzetto in Copper at some point when the mood is right and I don't have to wait till June as of right now to get one delivered. Sort of the guy that wants things right now. LOL That is why I ended up with the Skooba in Inferno Red as to the black that I wanted as my first choice. It seems that the iPad has created a shortage in netbook compatible bags.

Received my EXO sleeve ipad case on Saturday(ordered on Tuesday) Great quality and fit. The Apple case fits in very nice. No more worrys about throwing the ipad in bag .

I'm not patient either. I'd actually order one on pre-order if i thought i'd have the money stockpiled by then!

But gee Chip, red bags rock :D

I broke down and ordered a 10" Portable Muzetto in flame. Too bad it may take 6 weeks to arrive.

Can anyone confirm whether they bill before they ship or once they ship?

I'm so jonesing to get one of these. My wife would kill me after the last bag I bought so I don't want both to come on the same statement.

Think the law is that they can't bill you till it is ready to ship. However they can do it as a deposit for future delivery and charge you right away...

Has anyone got a muzetto bag they want to sell or no anywhere I can get one without having to pre order for the next production run?

Please PM me. Thanks.

When I ordered mine last week, it was still July. Hopefully, it still comes in July. Fortunately, I have two other bags to tide me over until then. :)

The wait will be well worth it. I got mine earlier than the date I was given. Still love my Muzetto.

If someone is serious about buying, I have one for sale. It's the personal size in copper and its only a month old and in BRAND new shape. Ill let it go for 180. I paid 209 with shipping and tax.

I love the bag and is top quality. I bought the bag since I was going to be working in DC for a month (work for the govt) and used it to get my iPad around town. Im almost done with my detail here in dc (go back to the bay area fri). I like the quality so much that I'm going to get a bigger one (even better work pays for it) so i can use it to carry both my work issued laptop and my iPad.

Chip this is your chance! I have the color you want and I'm in your town so you can pick it up (Alexandria to be exact)

I love my Waterfield items!

Waterfield Designs is the Apple for accessories. I have the VertiGo Bag and Exo sleeve. Both are great quality items. I'm going to order the Muzetto but I will have to wait for the August production now. Oh well. Guess I waited too long. Still undecided on the color.

I love my Waterfield items. :)
