If you're talking about the programming, then you're right, (the) CW is a combination of shows on the WB and UPN.![]()

Now that they have a lot of shows they could presumably add a feature to browse by sitcom, drama, etc. Or even type of sitcom as Friends is in a different category than say Strangers with Candy. (I think of Friends as airplane sitcoms cos that's where i have seen them. Maybe a label like "comfortable sitcoms").

Given the breadth of the content, if I want to search for a particular episode of, say, Battlestar Galactica, I really don't want to have a bunch of music popping up at the same time. Or, if I want to find an audio book, I don't want TV shows popping up.
swingerofbirch said:You can actually alleviate this problem quite easily. After you search, below the navigation bar in iTunes you can filter your results by choosing between All, Music, Music Videos, TV Shows, Audiobooks, and Podcasts.

I agree that it seems they will slow the plot down by having tangential shows that are more about solving a crime than the characters. If you look back to the first season almost all the content was about that with the plot arc moving even more slowly. I am not sure if I am using the word plot arc accurately, I mean to say the larger plot that holds it together--the bigger stories Clarke's development into Superman, his relationships, versus the smaller parts but more frequent parts (ie someone somehow infected with krypton is wreaking havoc and must be stopped).bpl323 said:And on the whole Smallville thing-- I really wish there wasn't so much filler crap. The alternative mythos are kind of cool but it seems that every two out of three episodes is basically fluff.
