Technically, you (and I and others) do have a case - an agreement has been made with your payment, and so forth.
But hell, really. It's not a big deal. It's a deal too good to be intentional, we all knew it, it didn't turn out the way we'd hoped, life's back to normal now. Not worth fighting over.
