Weak WiFi and 4G Frustration

I understand your predicament, only it's weak cellular with mine. I upgraded from an iPad 1 and all those places I used to get decent cellular connections are no longer available with my new iPad. I keep having to use my iPhone to do what I want to do on my new iPad!
