I have no idea about the intent of her comments... but you are making an assumption that she's in contradiction. It's very possible she wants to portray her excitement here while being more low key or humble on Flickr. At any rate, it's no big deal.

BTW, awesome set of pictures this week. I don't envy the judge on this one.

I like the stark dull colours, the blanket of snow and the texture of the trees, however ultimately I would have like to have seen more of the object.

I like the shot and the composition, can't help but wonder what it would look like in colour?

I'll have to dig it out of the library and have a look, I know the blue of the engine was fairly dull and washed out.
