Just looking through some old photo’s and I found this one that I had taken of my dad. Not completely similar but on a resembling theme.

Thanks - yeah, it was a media event and didn't have a lot of control over it (behind a barrier and jammed in with TV crews and other media people). There is a next time. JT will always be around and doing stuff for that airline - and I'll be around for a while. There is another story to that image as well, but we'll draw a discreet curtain around that.

I loved that cycling photo too, the guy on the left (with the Scott bike, second of the two from the same team) has a look of real determination and grit. He's obviously had an off, with the blood coming down his arms - but he's fighting.

Even though it looks like it was from a point-and-shoot or camera phone, it's a lovely image with a lot of emotion.
