Up slightly to keep ahead of my December Challenge
Down to a more typical week. I’m beginning running again this week though, so I’ll be interested to see how much that impacts my totals.
Running you get about ⅓ fewer steps than walking.
Good point. However, i'm not replacing my walking with running, but adding it during work. We'll see though, maybe it does end up decreasing.
Lost closing all 3 rings streak when my watch stopped counting my Stand Hours at 10. Should have had 14.
A couple of days in the bank for my December Challenge
Down a little. Did manage to run a couple of MCL test miles. Still need a little more time.
About the same but WILL be down some next week.

This oughta go up having to average about two hours a day of exercise.

Unexpectedly I had an increase over last week.
Up a few steps over last week.
New year has my step totals back up.
Being off work last week meant I was able to get in several mid-morning runs. That ends today, unfortunately.
Need to keep this up for the next 4 weeks for my January Challenge
About the same as last week.
